AI-Assisted Clinical Decision Support for Lipedema and Venous Disorders

Research & Clinical Development

Founder · Principal AI Architect · Lead System Developer

LipoVena AI is a physician-centered clinical decision-support framework designed to support longitudinal assessment, treatment planning, and follow-up in lipedema and chronic venous disorders. The system brings together clinical examination, medical imaging, structured patient information, and longitudinal observations while keeping the physician at the center of clinical interpretation and decision-making.

The project explores how artificial intelligence can augment — rather than replace — clinical judgment by identifying meaningful patterns across multimodal and longitudinal patient data.

Ahoora MedPilot

An Intelligent AI Copilot for Clinical Practice

MVP / Applied AI Development

Ahoora MedPilot explores the use of generative AI as an intelligent assistant within everyday clinical workflows. The platform is designed to support physicians in structuring clinical encounters, organizing patient information, generating structured documentation, and reducing repetitive administrative workload while maintaining professional oversight.

The project investigates how large language models and intelligent assistants can be integrated into clinical environments in a practical, controlled, and human-supervised manner.

AIGRM

A Human-Centered Framework for Responsible AI Adoption

Research Framework / Academic Publication

AIGRM is a socio-technical framework for evaluating organizational readiness for responsible AI adoption, particularly in small and medium-sized enterprises. It approaches AI governance not simply as a compliance exercise, but as an organizational capability involving strategy, decision transparency, human oversight, risk monitoring, and AI capability allocation.

AIGRM examines how organizations can move from experimental AI adoption toward accountable, resilient, and human-centered AI governance.

Responsible Deployment

THE COMMON PRINCIPLE

AI Should Augment Human Judgment — Not Replace It.

Across healthcare, organizations, and intelligent decision systems, my projects investigate a common question: how can artificial intelligence expand human capability while preserving accountability, professional judgment, and meaningful human control?

01

Augmentation

Extending human analytical and cognitive capability.

02

Oversight

Keeping consequential decisions under meaningful human supervision.

03

Governance

Embedding accountability, transparency, and risk awareness into AI-enabled systems.

FROM RESEARCH TO REAL-WORLD SYSTEMS

From Research to Real-World Systems

These projects represent different stages of the same research philosophy: moving from conceptual frameworks to deployable AI systems and evaluating how intelligent technologies interact with real people, professional judgment, organizational structures, and decision processes.
